Annual Fishing Festival

Ilfracombes Annual Open Fishing Festival gets under way on Saturday July 26th and runs for 9 days until Sunday August 3rd.

There are 3 sections you can fish, Senior Shore, Senior Boat or if you are under 16, Junior.

Fishing is between

Hartland Point and Foreland Point.

The main Prizes are based on the best specimen fish caught during the 9 days but every night at 7pm there is a weigh in held at Ilfracombe Pier and prizes are awarded to the daily winners.

So if you fancy having a go at winning part of the£1000 of Cash Prizes , come and join us.

There is an entrance fee of £5 a day or £25 for the week, optional pools and entry to the Junior Festival is free.

The Festival relies on local sponsorship and we thank all those organisations who have donated towards this years festival.
